Microsoft Entra Sign-In Troubleshooting Framework

This project is developing a repeatable method for moving from a general sign-in report to an evidence-supported technical conclusion.
Current scope
- Define the affected users, applications, devices, and time window
- Collect sign-in evidence without gathering unnecessary personal information
- Separate identity, authentication, policy, device, and application causes
- Document clear findings, next steps, ownership, and escalation evidence
- Preserve least privilege and avoid weakening security controls during troubleshooting
